The next East Haven Vision of the Graduate attribute we will be focusing on for the months of March and April is Powerful & Effective Communicator.

Being a powerful and effective communicator means being able to express yourself clearly so others understand you, and also being a good listener, so you understand others. It involves using words and actions to share your thoughts, feelings, and ideas in a way that is respectful and easy to follow. This attribute is important for building strong relationships, solving problems, and working well with others.
